I am a second-generation tech entrepreneur with a passion for and history of finding innovative—and disruptive—solutions that create streamlined user experiences through zero interface app architecture for established formats and practices in legacy industries. My ventures have focused on technological evolution through smarter user interfaces and finding simple, strategic solutions for superior UX in app design, drawing from my background and research in cognitive development to critically consider the logistics, use, and architecture of technology.
Currently, I am applying these ways of thinking as the Chief Innovation Officer for Health: ELT, the only Medicaid engagement, logistics, and technology services company in the United States. I am also the Founder and Creative Director for Immersedition, an intelligent interactive book format which draws on my own experience as a young adult fiction writer to help rethink the traditional reader experience by connecting the book to relevant material outside the text itself in a dynamic, intuitive way. Both these initiatives draw extensively on my background and training in cognitive development at Vanderbilt University, including my work as a fellow with Vanderbilt’s Peabody Research Institute.
